Millivolts value jump is a normal phenomenon.
The display of the multimeter MV gear is not 0, mainly the following.

3: The multimeter itself has failed.
When the MV gear of multimeter appears to be non-zer"o, it can be judged as follows:
Dial the multimeter to the mV position.The corresponding input hole is inserted into the red and black pen line.Directly connect the red and black test leads.At this time, the multimeter displays "0000" to judge that the non-return phenomenon of the multimeter is due to environmental factors.
